  • Explore options and possibilities individually and as a team
  • Apply practical tools to real situations
  • Create a specific implementation plan with accountability (includes steps, “by when” dates and required resources)

Rae Kyriazis

Rae is Speaker, Executive and Personal Trainer and Coach for Optimum Living. She offers speaking engagements, training programs and coaching that have been offered across the US and in Canada. Rae fills auditoriums and inspires hundreds with her compelling motivational presentations. She has spoken at International Training Conferences, Wellness Conferences, Professional Networking Organizations, Corporate Community Outreach Programs, and is a regular speaker for the Association of Parents and Teachers.

Drawing upon eight years of upward mobility in the corporate world, Rae is a skillful collaborator and catalyst who values bringing out the best in the individual as well as the team. Rae’s clients value her gift of “holding their feet to the fire” as this serves to propel them beyond what they may think is possible. Adapting her flexible techniques and curriculum to meet client needs, Rae fosters an environment of accelerated learning and cultivates a sense of depth and vitality for her clients.

Over the decades of her speaking, training and coaching career, Rae has worked with hundreds of individuals. Her corporate clients include Discover Financial Services, Baxter Healthcare, Hollister International, Culligan International, Ekco Housewares, and Maytag. Rae’s extensive personal growth training includes The Hoffman Quadrinity Process, Warriors of Peace and Landmark Education Curriculum for Living. She has a degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
