Here are three stories of Optimum Youth Programs with Rae Kyriazis:

Over the period of one school year Rae facilitated bi-monthly sessions at a local elementary school with a classroom of eight and nine-year-olds. The children embraced the series of visualizations and multi-sensory exercises with open minds and hearts and as a result created a deeper connection among themselves and their teacher. Creativity and imagination flourished in the work of each child. The teacher noticed increased respect and tolerance among her students. The personal growth that each child experienced gave them all permission to express themselves more authentically and freely.

Working with a six-year-old and her mother over a two-year period, Rae helped Cassidy connect solidly with her spiritual intelligence. Cassidy once experienced anxiety and stress outside her home environment, and today she possesses an attitude of confidence, clarity and security. As a result of these changes, the now eight-year-old Cassidy has opened up to her inner wisdom, creativity and leadership. Today, she is writing long stories, performing in theater and choir, playing violin and exploring her many creative gifts and talents. With the motivation that Rae provided, Cassidy has achieved a life balance and experienced significant personal growth.

Rae worked with a sixteen-year-old young woman, Amelia who was dealing with the usual pressure of family and friends' expectations, as well as distraction and worry. Over the course of a year and a half, Amelia shifted from judgmentalness and self-consciousness to acceptance and love of self and others. Her natural leadership ability blossomed as her confidence increased. Trusting her gut completely, Amelia selected and applied to one college of her choice. Much to the disbelief of others, Amelia happily attends that college today.
